Libertino Music operates LibbyTunes Transcription and Music Engraving Service. Dan's expert knowledge of current computer based engraving products Finale and audio editing software Roni Music's Amazing Slow Downer are just some of the tools used over the years to write song books for MelBay, Warner Brothers Publishing, Creative Concepts and Word Music among others.
A complete list of books, private projects and smaller magazine articles is shown below. Some of the books are out of print or were not published due to legal matters. I have the files to prove that I did spend more than 2 years of my life transcribing all the songs on all 16 of Joni Mitchell's recorded cd's creating sheet music for every song to produce her anthology only to have Warner Brothers publishing rights lapse. The book was printed but was ordered to be pulled within one day of it being released by Joni herself. If I could only talk with her and tell her what I did for her, maybe she would change her mind. | Transcription, tabbing, engraving, layout and editing for of 10 of the 12 songs.
Completed the entire project myself being contracted directly from Word/Artisan label, the label have been created to release Phil's music exclusively. The sheet music for each song was then exported to pdf format and placed on the CD disk so the person who bought the CD had the sheet music/song book as well the songs. These were note for note transcriptions, not arrangements.

After personally presenting it to him in the spring of 1994, he set me up with the publisher John August Music who then hired me to complete the officially released books listed above.
